Reach each and every Animanga 2019 attendee, vendor, guest and staff member! Place your ad, promotional item or message in the swag bags. Each attendee is handed a bag at registration when they pick up their badge.
Attendee bags (also known as goodie bags, swag bags, or registration bags) will be provided to attendees at registration and will be filled with our program book as well as inserts, such as new anime promotions or a small comic book.
There will be 10 bag insert opportunities available at a fee of $400 each. With fewer inserts, you can be sure that your message will not get “lost in the crowd.” Please note, all design, production, printing, and shipping costs associated with inserts are the responsibility of the advertiser.
Inserts must be 8.5" x 11" or smaller. Giveaway items may include pens, pencils, ear buds, lip balm, hand sanitizers, keychains, etc. Such products could be branded with your organization’s logo and promotional message, so the sky is the limit. We request only that products be lightweight and not bulky, so as to not be burdensome for attendees to carry.
Advertiser to provide a minimum of 500 pieces, with a maximum of 10,000.
Efforts will be made to work with advertising organizations on their selections, so as to prevent bags from having multiple of the same type of insert (for example, 5 branded pens). All inserts must receive prior approval from Animanga before production. Upon purchase, you will receive an email from Animanga staff to proceed with the reservation.
A sample is due for approval by May 10th, and upon acceptance, all printed inserts must be received by Animanga no later than July 1st. Samples should be mailed to:
