This is an Early Registration Reservation. Policies and Schedules will be updated later in the year:
Two (2) Badges included per 10'x10x space.
8′ back drape and 3′ side drape (black)
One (1) 6′ table with skirt
Two (2) chairs
One (1) small wastebasket.
Additional Badges are available for $10 each. The hall is not carpeted. Electricity must be purchased separately. No parking vouchers or parking passes are available. No signage will be provided; vendors should bring their own banners/table identification.
If you would like to exhibit in a space larger than 20'x30', confirm use an exhibit stand/display of your own, or have any other questions, please email info@AnimangaUSA.com.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You will be refunded if your application cannot be accepted. Animanga reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion. You will be notified about further registration requirements should we feel you are ideal candidate for exhibition.
Booth assignments will be announced closer to the show date.
Returning vendors will have placement priority. Other vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to application submission, review and approval. Discrepancies and incomplete forms may be subject to assignments placed on hold. Assignments may be subject to changes. If it's been over a month since you applied and haven't received an acceptance email, please contact us.
