2019 Attendee Badge
Come attend Animanga 2019! Enjoy all the fun, activities and programming we have to offer. At Animanga, attendees can find thousands of unique items including anime, manga, figures and models, cosplay goods, Japanese fashion, accessories, games, music and more.
Standard Badges offer admittance into convention, with access to over 100,000 square feet of vendors, gaming activities, stage events and more.
Premium Badges are Weekend Only, and offer special swag bags, a separate entrance, preferred seating for stage events, an exclusive collectible, dedicated customer service, 15% off at the Animanga Booth (at-con), and One Complementary Standard Weekend Badge for a friend!
Regarding our Child Policy, children ages 5 and under are free with a paying adult. Children ages 6 and up require badges. Minors 13 and younger need to have a chaperone 18 or older.
Refund and Transfer Policy
All badges are non-transferable to Animanga 2020. Refund requests for Animanga 2019 badges must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. All refund requests for badges purchased in June 2019 must be received by June 31, 2019. Badges purchased after June 31, 2019 are non-refundable. Badges that have been mailed are non-refundable. All refund requests must be sent via email with your full name and order confirmation number to email@example.com. Please note that in some cases refund requests may not be processed until after Animanga 2019.
Animanga reserves the right to change the Refund and Transfer Policy at any time without notification. Admission to Animanga 2019 may be refused or revoked at any time, for any reason, at Animanga’s discretion.
On-Site Badge Purchasing
Badges will be available for purchase at the door on August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. However, Single-Day Badges will cost an additional $5, and Weekend Badges will cost an additional $10.

Lost badges are subject to a replacement fee. Attendees who lose their badge should go to the Registration Desk. Animanga reserves the right to refuse replacement badge sales.
Upgrade and Downgrade Policy
Downgrades are not permitted. You can upgrade your (1-Day to 3-Day) badge by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your badge has already shipped or it is after June 31, 2019, you must go to the Registration Desk to process the upgrade onsite. Upgrades are subject to availability.
On-Site Badge Pick-Up Policy
Upon arrival, bring your registration confirmation email and valid photo ID to the Registration Desk at the entrance. The name on the ID should match the information listed in the confirmation email in order to pick up your badge(s). You may print it out or present it on your smartphone. You may pick up your badge starting 9:00AM each day, and doors open at 10:00AM Friday-Sunday. Badges are also available for purchase on-site at the Registration Desk. All attendees of Animanga 2019 are required to wear an Animanga 2019 badge at the event as proof that you have purchased an admission.
Badge Mailing Policy
Badge mailing will start in early June 2019. Badges that have been mailed are non-refundable. Badges will not be re-shipped under any circumstances. Attendee Badges (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Weekend, and Premiums) may be shipped for a $10 fee. Press, Exhibitor, Artist and Staff Badges must be picked up at the Registration Desk.
The mailing cut-off date is July 15th, 2019. Attendees who purchased their badges after the mailing cut-off date must pick up badges onsite.
All badges purchased in the same order will be mailed out to only one address; the Shipping Address listed in the Order Confirmation Email. The last day to change your shipping address is April 25, 2019. If you need to change your shipping address, please email email@example.com with your Full Name, Order Number, and updated address.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
