Cosplay Contest Sponsor

One of the most popular events at the convention is the annual Cosplay Contest - a showcase of costumes and stage talent, open to cosplayers of all levels and abilities. This contest is an opportunity for attendees to showcase their hard work and dedication to fandom through the re-creation of their favorite characters.
The Cosplay Contest Sponsor receives the following:
• “Sponsored by” denoted on every mention of the Animanga 2020 Cosplay Contest online, in print, and in public announcements.

Arcade Area Sponsor

We bring free-play arcades and videogame consoles to our event every year. Some previous highlights included Dance Dance Revolution, jubeat, reflecbeat, Sound Voltex, Super Table Flip, Taiko no Tatsujin, Gunslinger Stratos, Initial D8, Marvel vs. CAPCOM 2, Street Fighter III, Persona 4 Ultimax, and BlazBlue Head-to-Head. This package is pricing to include the game rentals and electricity fees for 50+ arcade cabinets for the full weekend.
The Arcade Area Sponsor receives the following:
• 20’ x 30’ Island Booth space.
• 20’ W x 5’ H, double-sided, full color banner hanging above the arcade area.

Guest Sponsor

Our convention works to bring in exciting personalities for attendees to meet each year to enhance the overall experience for the weekend. Past guests have included: Max Mittelman (Saitama in One Punch Man, Ryuji Sakamoto in the Persona franchise, etc); Josh Grelle (Yuri Katsuki in Yuri!!! On ICE, Armin Arlert in Attack on Titan, etc); Brianna Knickerbocker (Rem in Re:ZERO, Sakura in the Fire Emblem franchise, etc); and many other talented groups and individuals!  Sponsors may choose up to 6 guests to sponsor.


A Guest Sponsor receives the following:
• One (1) complimentary 10’ x 10’ booth in the Exhibitor Area for company to promote and/or sell merchandise during the event. If booked early enough, we may be able to place your booth directly next to the guest’s booth.
• “Sponsored by” denoted on the announcement of the Guest’s appearance via website, email blast, and social media posts.

Get your company brand and logo in the hands of every attendee! Each year, attendees receive a swag bag when they check into the convention. Many fans carry these bags around during the convention to hold other items they collect.
This package is priced to include the production and shipping of 10,000 non-woven, 10” H x 8” W x 4” D, single-color, single-sided bags. The cost of this package would increase if interested in larger, full-color, or laminated bags. If donating in-kind, the sponsor must provide 10,000 bags (plastic or reusable/polypropylene - not paper) at least fourteen (14) days before the convention. Bags should be no smaller than 15” x 12”.
The Bag Sponsor receives the following:
• One (1) complimentary 10’ x 20’ booth in the Exhibitor Area for company to promote and/or sell merchandise during the event.

Lanyards will be prominently worn by all attendees, staff, vendors and guests. The lanyards could be as simple as just having text or a full color logo and artwork on the cord. Sponsors can directly provide lanyards for the convention to use throughout the event (a minimum of 8,000 are required). Lanyards must be in the possession of the convention by June 15th, 2020.

The Exhibitors Area is one of the primary attractions for attendees each year. It’s a place where businesses can sell merchandise, promote companies, or connect with fans for advertising and engagement. Space is limited, and booths can sell out in advance - we suggest reserving early.
The Featured Booth Sponsor receives the following:
• 20’ x 20’ Island Booth in the Exhibitor Area for company to promote and/or sell merchandise during the event.
• Ten (10) badges to the event.
• One (1) 10’ W x 5’ H, double-sided, full color banner hanging above your booth.

Tabletop Gaming is a great way to connect with friends and family. Attendees are eager to learn about places where they can play and connect with other gamers. The tabletop sponsor can sponsor up to ten (10) tables in the Tabletop Area.
Each table includes:
• One (1) 8’ round table with a branded tablecloth.
• Eight (8) chairs.
• A sign placed at the center of the table denoting it as “The [SPONSOR] Game Table” featuring your company’s name and logo.
This sponsorship also receives the following:
• Two (2) complimentary badges to the event.
• Logo on the website homepage with hyperlink.
• “Thank you” message tagging your business on
Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Social Media Promotions

 Tweet or FaceBook post about your organization and/or convention participation to Animanga followers before, during, or after the convention. Post/ tweets can include a photo or graphic with text from your organization.
